Respite and Short Term Accommodation (STA)
Planned short-term stays providing relief for participants and their carers.
What is Respite and Short Term Accommodation (STA)?
Short Term Accommodation (STA), also known as respite, provides participants with temporary supported accommodation away from their usual home. STA gives participants a break from their routine, new experiences, and opportunities to build independence, while also providing essential relief for families and carers.
Our respite services are designed to be positive, enriching experiences — not just a care arrangement. Participants enjoy structured activities, social connections, and a supportive environment during their stay.
Aurion Lifecare provides flexible STA options tailored to individual needs, from overnight stays to longer planned breaks.
