High Intensity & Complex Care
Specialist support for participants with complex health and behavioural needs.
What is High Intensity & Complex Care?
High Intensity Support is specialised daily personal care for participants with complex health needs that require a higher level of skill and clinical knowledge from support workers. This includes participants with complex bowel care needs, ventilator dependence, tracheostomies, subcutaneous injections, and other clinical requirements.
All Aurion Lifecare high intensity support workers have completed mandatory NDIS High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors training and are supervised by registered nurses or allied health professionals.
We work closely with your healthcare team to ensure that all complex care is delivered safely, consistently, and in alignment with your clinical care plans.
